We are a small group of industry professionals with over 100 years of combined experience. After years of working for large multinational corporates we have had enough of the wasted overheads and inefficiencies. They are generally run by accountants all too focused on costs and profits with no interest in the actual customer. They have layers of middle management too worried about real customer service as they try to complete their next monthly report to hit KPIs. So Solution Innovate decided to form.
We choose this name as it describes how we as a team think. We combine extensive Engineering and Trade Skills with Technical Sales and Marketing to provide a total package that’s missing from today's “we are too busy to actually care” current “service sector providers.” So give Blair a call or email, he is our Managing Director and Engineer who will personally deal with you to solve your HVAC problems. From complex residential Air Conditioning systems in existing high rise apartments where there is limited ceiling cavities and strict Body Corp standards, to increasing ventilation systems where the customer has expanded its commercial kitchen requirements, but are stuck in an existing building below existing high rise hotels. Or how to deal with virus and bacterial issues such as Covid presented with our vast experience in UVC Emitters gained when working in Guam with the US Military.
